1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Stremovix ("we", "us", "our"), a brand of Induvibe Group LLC. By placing an order, you accept these Terms. For any questions, contact contact@stremovixs.com.

2. Services

We provide streaming channel SEO audit and optimization services, including channel analysis, keyword research, on-channel optimization (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails strategy), and a written growth roadmap, delivered to streaming channels (Twitch, YouTube Live, Kick, and similar).

3. Orders and payment

Our service is sold as a one-time package covering a fixed period chosen at checkout (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payment is charged in full and upfront for the selected period. Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes where required.

4. No automatic renewal

Your subscription does not renew automatically. At the end of your selected period, the service ends. To continue, you must place a new order manually.

5. Service delivery

The initial audit report is delivered via email and WhatsApp within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Ongoing optimization actions are scheduled across the selected period.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if your audit is not started within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Once the audit has been delivered, the order is non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy for details.

7. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, channel access where required, and timely feedback so we can deliver the service. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information.

8. Results disclaimer

We apply best-practice SEO and optimization tactics, but we cannot guarantee specific results (views, subscribers, revenue). Streaming platform algorithms, content quality, and external factors are outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

Reports, recommendations, and other deliverables are licensed to you for use on your channel. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our deliverables.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Morocco, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email when possible.
