• Order details: selected package period, notes you provide about your channel.
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor. We never see, store, or process your card number, CVC, or expiry date.
• Technical: minimal server logs (IP, browser type) for security purposes.

2. Why we collect it

• To deliver the service you ordered (audit, reports, communication).
• To issue invoices and receipts.
• To reply to your messages and provide support.
• To comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tax).

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the legal bases of (a) performance of a contract when you place an order, (b) legal obligation for accounting and tax records, and (c) legitimate interest for basic security and fraud prevention.
